Welcome to LoyShare! Please read this agreement carefully before using our app. By downloading, registering, or using any part of LoyShare, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LoyShare, you agree to be legally bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use LoyShare. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • LoyShare is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

    • 4. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the app to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Post or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity
  • Interfere with the normal functioning of the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system

    • 5. Rewards and Commission System

  • LoyShare provides opportunities to earn commissions by completing brand-sponsored tasks such as content sharing, feedback submission, or referrals.
  • Rewards are subject to verification and may be adjusted for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • LoyShare reserves the right to change or discontinue the reward rules at any time.

    • 6.Subscription Instructions

    Thank you for choosing our service. We offer two auto-renewing subscription plans: Super+ and Picks. Please read these terms carefully before subscribing. By successfully subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

    1. About Subscription Plans

    Super+ Subscription: You can enjoy a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew monthly ($19.90 per month). Please note that accepting the free trial means you authorize us to automatically charge you after the trial period ends.

    Picks Subscription: This plan does not offer a free trial. Upon successful subscription, your account will be immediately charged $9.90 for the first month, and auto-renewal for the same period will be enabled by default.

    2. General Subscription Terms

    All subscriptions are auto-renewing. Unless you actively cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle (at least 24 hours in advance), it will automatically renew and be charged to your associated Apple ID account. We will send you a reminder via Apple before renewal.

    Important Note: Uninstalling or deleting an app will not cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription by going to Settings > [Your Apple ID Name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. After cancellation, your paid subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.

    3. Refunds and Reactivation of Purchases

    All payments are processed by Apple; as developers, we cannot directly process refunds. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support (e.g., visit reportaproblem.apple.com). If you reinstall the app after uninstalling it, you can sign in with the original account used to make the purchase and reactivate your subscription using the in-app "Reactivate Purchase" feature.

    4. Other Notes

    Please note that none of our current subscriptions support Family Sharing; each Apple ID requires a separate subscription.

    8. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials within the app (including logos, icons, text, and images) are the property of LoyShare or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

    • 9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, especially in cases of violation of this agreement or fraudulent activity.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    LoyShare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. LoyShare shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

    11. Governing Law

    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
